๐งฉ Comprehensive Recruitment & Compensation Plan
As part of a practical HR task, I prepared a detailed recruitment and compensation plan for a fictional company, Pehnava Pvt. Ltd. The task involved creating structured documents and Excel sheets to simulate real-world HR planning processes.
The objective was to design a hiring strategy for 100 sales professionals at different levels, from freshers to managers, and align the compensation structure accordingly. This helped me apply theoretical HR concepts in a practical format using tools like Word and Excel.
Created a structured recruitment plan targeting freshers, team leads, and managers.
Used internal and external hiring sources with justifications for each role.
Defined job competencies and behavioral indicators for sales roles.
Designed a salary structure with role-based slabs and TDS/in-hand calculations in Excel.
Gained experience in applying HRM principles to documentation and compensation planning.
Strengthened skills in formatting professional HR documents and Excel-based HR tasks.
